Dr. Chioma Agugo is the founder and administrator of TOPCHOICE CAREGIVERS, INC She received her Doctor of Medicine from Nigeria in 2003. Additionally, she earned her Nursing degree from Florida and has an MBA in healthcare management and leading organizations from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
Chioma is a very experienced and result-oriented professional with extensive training in Medicine. She has also worked with few leading pharmaceutical companies where she was involved in clinical trial and covered the North-East region where her role was to analyze the potential risk of the trial and consult with other professionals to determine what safety protocols to use.
Chioma has extraordinarily strong strategic leadership skills, strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills, very detail oriented, hardworking, quality driven and a performance driven professional.

Lillan Cox is a Curriculum and Instruction Specialist for a non-public school serving students with autism spectrum disorder and other pervasive developmental disorders. She has over ten years of experience working with persons on the spectrum. Lillan holds a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction as well as a master’s degree in special education k-12. Lillan has worked with the Maryland Department of Education (MSDE) as the autism waiver provider liaison, where she was responsible for training, supporting, auditing, and interviewing autism waiver providers and prospective providers. Lillan is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Lillan is inspired daily by her daughter and the students she serves.
